Over the years, while managing his studio 'alpha design studio', Shay practiced product design from concept, through prototyping, to mass production. Shay's works as a designer are sold in design stores in Israel and abroad and are displayed at international design exhibitions.
Shay specializes in user based product design and developing, with an emphasis on user interface, user experience and development of Visual & Mobile GUI.
As the company's creative director, Shay leads the brainstorming teams, oversees the products characterizations and portfolios, and leads the various development teams.
Shay is highly experienced in working with clients worldwide, and is responsible for the creative relationships with the company's customers.

As time progressed, Ori worked with a wide spectrum of the business community: CEOs & owners of leading Israeli companies, managers and seniority jobs holders in medium and large (public and private) organizations, entrepreneurs, businessmen, investors, venture capital fund managers, attorney offices, owners of patent offices, senior academic staff and so on.
